    What You'll Do

    • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat during assigned shifts (20-25 hours/week)
    • Assist customers with product questions, order tracking, and basic design tool support
    • Process straightforward returns, exchanges, and refund requests
    • Escalate complex issues to senior team members with proper documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system
    • Follow established scripts and procedures for common customer scenarios

    What We're Looking For

    • Prior customer service experience in any industry
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Reliable internet connection and availability for assigned shifts
    • Basic computer skills and comfort with web-based tools
    • Friendly, patient demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
    • Availability for at least 20 hours per week, including some weekend coverage
