About This Role
We're looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to provide coverage during peak hours and weekends. This flexible role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to work in a creative, fast-paced environment without the commitment of a full-time schedule.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat during assigned shifts (20-25 hours/week)
- Assist customers with product questions, order tracking, and basic design tool support
- Process straightforward returns, exchanges, and refund requests
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members with proper documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system
- Follow established scripts and procedures for common customer scenarios
What We're Looking For
- Prior customer service experience in any industry
- Excellent written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and availability for assigned shifts
- Basic computer skills and comfort with web-based tools
- Friendly, patient demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week, including some weekend coverage
Nice to Have
- Experience with e-commerce or retail customer support
- Familiarity with custom products or creative industries
- Evening and weekend availability
- Experience with ticketing or help desk software
