How to Process a Return
Contact Support
Reach out to our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
Review & Approval
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days and determine eligibility. We may request additional photos or information.
Return Shipping
If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Package the item securely in its original condition with tags attached if applicable.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
