Note: Custom orders are final sale for design preference reasons (wrong color choice, changed mind on design). Please review your design proof carefully before approving.
2Standard Products
Return window: 30 days from delivery
Eligible issues: Any reason — unworn, unwashed, with original tags
Resolution: Full refund or exchange for a different size/color
Return shipping: Free prepaid return label provided
3Bulk / Corporate
Return window: 15 days from delivery
Eligible issues: Quality defects, incorrect quantities, production errors
Resolution: Reprint of affected items or partial/full refund based on scope

Our team reviews your claim within 1 business day. We'll confirm eligibility and discuss your preferred resolution (reprint or refund). We may request additional photos for documentation.
Return Shipping (if needed)
If we need the item returned, we'll provide a free prepaid return shipping label. Package the item securely. For minor defects, we may process your claim without requiring a return.

Reprints: Enter rush production and ship free within 3-5 business days.
Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
