RareCustom provides custom merchandise design and production services. Our services include:

• Online design tools for creating custom merchandise
• Custom printing, embroidery, and engraving services
• Production and delivery of personalized products
• Account management and design storage

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

To use certain features, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Custom merchandise orders are subject to specific policies:

• Design Approval: You are responsible for reviewing and approving your design before production begins. Once approved, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
• Production Time: Typical production time is 3-5 business days, plus shipping time. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
• Color Accuracy: Colors may vary slightly from mockups due to screen calibration, printing processes, and material differences.
• Artwork Quality: We require high-resolution artwork (minimum 300 DPI). Low-quality images may result in pixelated or blurry prints.
• Custom Orders are Final: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Your Content

You retain all rights to artwork, designs, and content you upload to our platform. However, by uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use the content
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content does not violate any laws or regulations
• You grant us a license to use your content solely for producing your custom orders

Our Content

All content on our website, including logos, templates, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of RareCustom and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload or order designs containing:

• Copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
• Trademarks or logos without authorization
• Offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Content that violates anyone's privacy or publicity rights

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these terms.

• Payment is required at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify orders at our discretion
• Pricing errors: If an error occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the correct price

We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally to select countries:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination
