    About This Role

    We need an Enterprise Account Manager to grow and retain our largest business accounts. You'll serve as the dedicated point of contact for enterprise clients, managing ongoing merchandise programs, quarterly ordering, and strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage a portfolio of 30-50 enterprise accounts generating $2M+ in annual revenue
    • Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase order volume and product adoption
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to review performance and identify opportunities
    • Coordinate complex multi-product, multi-location orders for enterprise clients
    • Negotiate contract renewals, pricing agreements, and service level commitments
    • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure enterprise-grade fulfillment quality
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our product catalog
    • Serve as the escalation point for enterprise client issues, ensuring rapid resolution

    What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of account management or enterprise sales experience
    • Proven track record of retaining and growing large B2B accounts ($50K+ annual spend)
    • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
    • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive-level audiences
    • Strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute account plans
    • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting
    • Understanding of custom merchandise, promotional products, or corporate branding

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in the promotional products or branded merchandise industry
    • Existing relationships with corporate procurement teams
    • Knowledge of enterprise procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
    • Experience with company stores or managed merchandise programs
    • MBA or advanced business degree
