    About This Role

    We're looking for a Financial Analyst to provide data-driven insights that power our growth strategy. You'll build financial models, analyze unit economics across product categories, and help leadership make informed decisions about pricing, margins, and investment priorities.

    What You'll Do

    • Build and maintain financial models for revenue forecasting, pricing analysis, and scenario planning
    • Analyze unit economics and contribution margins across all product categories
    • Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L analysis, variance commentary, and KPI dashboards
    • Model the financial impact of new product launches, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns
    • Track and report on customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and payback periods by channel
    • Support annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes
    • Analyze supplier costs and recommend pricing strategies to optimize margins
    • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in e-commerce, DTC, or retail
    • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including financial modeling and data analysis
    • Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights
    • Understanding of e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion rates)
    • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with subscription or marketplace business models
    • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
    • CFA candidacy or other financial certifications
    • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero)
    • Background in unit economics for physical product businesses
