Fulfillment Coordinator

About This Role

We need a detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to manage the daily flow of custom merchandise orders through our production partners. You'll monitor order status, handle exceptions, and ensure customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition.

What You'll Do

• Monitor daily order queues and ensure timely routing to appropriate production partners
• Track order status across multiple supplier platforms and update internal systems
• Investigate and resolve production delays, quality issues, and shipping exceptions
• Communicate proactively with customers about order status when issues arise
• Process replacement orders and manage returns/exchanges workflow
• Generate daily and weekly fulfillment reports including on-time delivery metrics
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to resolve delivery issues and claims
• Maintain accurate records of supplier performance and order outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry with high accuracy
• Experience with order management or ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills for handling order exceptions
• Good communication skills for customer and supplier interactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience with print-on-demand fulfillment workflows
• Familiarity with Printful, Printify, or Prodigi dashboards
• Knowledge of shipping carrier systems (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• Experience with quality control inspection processes
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
