    About This Role

    We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our order fulfillment pipeline, supplier relationships, and production quality. You'll ensure every custom merchandise order is produced, shipped, and delivered to the highest standards while optimizing costs and turnaround times.

    What You'll Do

    • Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment operations from order placement to customer delivery
    • Manage relationships with print-on-demand suppliers (Printful, Printify, Prodigi) and negotiate terms
    • Monitor production quality metrics and implement quality control processes
    • Optimize shipping logistics to reduce delivery times and costs across all product categories
    • Develop standard operating procedures for order routing, escalation, and exception handling
    • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
    • Coordinate with customer support to resolve fulfillment issues and reduce complaint rates
    • Manage inventory of any in-house supplies and materials

    What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of operations management experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or manufacturing
    • Experience managing supplier/vendor relationships and service level agreements
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
    • Proficiency with order management systems and operational analytics tools
    • Understanding of shipping logistics, carrier relationships, and cost optimization
    • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma concepts)
    • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in the print-on-demand or custom merchandise industry
    • Knowledge of print production methods (DTG, sublimation, screen printing, embroidery)
    • Familiarity with API-based order integrations and webhook systems
    • Experience with international fulfillment and customs/duties
