    About This Role

    We need a Paid Media Manager to scale our customer acquisition through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels. You'll manage significant monthly budgets, develop creative strategies, and optimize campaigns to drive profitable growth for our custom merchandise business.

    What You'll Do

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
    • Manage monthly ad budgets of $50K-$100K+ with a focus on profitable ROAS
    • Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party data, lookalikes, and interest-based segments
    • Create and test ad creative concepts in collaboration with the design team
    • Set up conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting dashboards
    • Conduct keyword research and manage Google Shopping and Search campaigns
    • Analyze campaign performance data and present insights to leadership team
    • Stay current with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry benchmarks

    What We're Looking For

    • 4+ years of paid media management experience with significant budget responsibility ($50K+/month)
    • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through paid advertising
    • Expert knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and data analysis tools
    • Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing
    • Understanding of marketing attribution models and multi-channel measurement
    • Ability to balance brand awareness campaigns with performance-driven acquisition
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads for e-commerce
    • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platforms
    • Familiarity with customer lifetime value modeling and cohort analysis
