    About This Role

    We're hiring a Print Production Specialist to ensure our custom merchandise meets the highest quality standards. You'll manage artwork preparation, color calibration, and print method selection to deliver products that exceed customer expectations every time.

    What You'll Do

    • Prepare customer artwork files for production across multiple print methods (DTG, sublimation, screen print, embroidery)
    • Perform color matching and calibration to ensure brand-accurate reproduction
    • Review incoming designs for print feasibility and recommend adjustments when needed
    • Coordinate with production partners on technical specifications and quality standards
    • Develop and maintain print production guidelines and best practices documentation
    • Troubleshoot print quality issues and implement corrective actions
    • Test new materials, substrates, and print techniques for product expansion
    • Manage sample production for new product launches and quality verification

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience in print production, prepress, or textile printing
    • Knowledge of multiple print methods: DTG (direct-to-garment), sublimation, screen printing, and embroidery
    • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for artwork preparation
    • Understanding of color management systems, ICC profiles, and Pantone matching
    • Experience with print file preparation including resolution, bleed, and color separation
    • Detail-oriented with strong quality control instincts
    • Ability to work on-site in our Austin, TX production facility
    • Knowledge of garment types, materials, and their print compatibility

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with RIP software and print production workflows
    • Knowledge of sustainable printing practices and eco-friendly materials
    • Familiarity with large-format printing and specialty substrates
    • Experience with automated production workflows
    • Background in fashion or apparel production
