QA Engineer

About This Role

Join us as a QA Engineer to ensure our custom merchandise platform delivers a flawless experience for every customer. You'll develop test strategies, automate quality checks, and be the final line of defense before features reach production.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and regression testing
• Build and maintain automated test suites for frontend and API testing
• Perform thorough manual testing for complex user flows including product customization
• Test integrations with print-on-demand supplier APIs and payment processing
• Validate cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for all customer-facing features
• Track and report bugs with clear reproduction steps, severity, and priority classification
• Collaborate with engineers to identify root causes and verify bug fixes
• Monitor production error rates and customer-reported issues to prioritize testing focus

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of QA engineering experience, preferably in web applications or e-commerce
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium)
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia) and REST API testing
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and browser DevTools
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Linear, TestRail)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written communication for clear bug reports and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with visual regression testing tools
• Knowledge of performance testing and load testing tools
• Familiarity with accessibility testing (WCAG compliance)
• Experience testing image upload and manipulation features
• Background in e-commerce or print-on-demand quality assurance
