Supply Chain Analyst

About This Role

We're hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize our supplier network and reduce fulfillment costs. You'll analyze production data, develop supplier scorecards, and build models that help us route orders to the best-fit supplier for each product and destination.

What You'll Do

• Analyze supplier performance data including quality rates, production times, and cost efficiency
• Build and maintain supplier scorecards with key performance indicators
• Develop order routing optimization models based on cost, speed, and quality factors
• Forecast demand by product category to help suppliers plan production capacity
• Identify cost reduction opportunities across the supply chain
• Monitor raw material costs and recommend pricing adjustments
• Create reports and dashboards for operations leadership
• Research and evaluate potential new supplier partnerships

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of supply chain analysis or operations analytics experience
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, or R)
• Experience creating dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
• Understanding of supply chain management concepts and best practices
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience with cost modeling and financial analysis
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in the print-on-demand, custom manufacturing, or e-commerce industry
• Knowledge of machine learning for demand forecasting
• Familiarity with API data extraction and automation
• Experience with multi-supplier routing optimization
• APICS, CSCP, or other supply chain certifications
