    About This Role

    We're hiring a contract Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering and product teams. You'll source top talent, manage the full recruiting lifecycle, and help us build the team that will take our custom merchandise platform to the next level.

    What You'll Do

    • Source and attract engineering, design, and product candidates through multiple channels
    • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
    • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess technical aptitude and cultural fit
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
    • Craft compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
    • Coordinate technical interviews, coding challenges, and design exercises
    • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline velocity

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably for startups or mid-size tech companies
    • Experience recruiting for full-stack engineers, designers, and product roles
    • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
    • Strong understanding of technical skills assessment and interview best practices
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
    • Knowledge of competitive compensation benchmarking
    • Network of engineering and design professionals

    Nice to Have

    • Experience recruiting for e-commerce or marketplace companies
    • Familiarity with TypeScript/React/Node.js tech stack for engineering assessments
    • Background in employer branding and recruitment marketing
    • Experience with diversity hiring initiatives
    • Knowledge of remote hiring best practices across multiple states
