UX/UI Designer

About This Role

We need a UX/UI Designer to reimagine how customers interact with our online design tool and e-commerce platform. You'll conduct user research, design intuitive interfaces, and create seamless shopping experiences that help customers easily customize and order their perfect merchandise.

What You'll Do

• Design and prototype user interfaces for our web-based custom design tool
• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features
• Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize conversion funnels
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive component design system
• Run A/B tests and iterate on designs based on quantitative results

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience for web-based applications or e-commerce
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and auto-layout
• Demonstrated experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
• Experience designing interactive tools or editors (design tools, configurators, etc.)
• Data-informed design approach with familiarity in analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics)
• Excellent portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process from research to implementation

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Shopify or custom e-commerce design ecosystem
• Familiarity with React component architecture and design tokens
• Background in designing for print-on-demand or customization platforms
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with design system tools like Storybook
