With an MBA from Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA, Marcus combines analytical rigor with practical business sense.
Before joining RareCustom, Marcus spent five years as a Senior E-Commerce Strategist at Shopify, where he worked directly with merchants to optimize their custom merchandise operations. During his tenure, he helped over 200 merchants launch print-on-demand product lines, collectively generating over $15M in revenue. He became Shopify's go-to expert on custom merchandise pricing strategy, bulk ordering logistics, and B2B corporate gifting programs.

He advised major retailers on pricing optimization, inventory management, and direct-to-consumer channel strategy. This consulting background gives him a unique ability to break down complex business decisions into clear, actionable frameworks.
At RareCustom, Marcus oversees pricing strategy, bulk ordering programs, corporate and B2B partnerships, and the business education content that helps aspiring entrepreneurs and established businesses make smart decisions about custom merchandise. He writes RareCustom's business-focused blog content covering pricing guides, business launch roadmaps, corporate gifting strategies, bulk ordering checklists, and small business growth tactics.
